Wouldn't this theory [sort of] directly implicate Ron, Jim, Freddy, and possibly the filmmakers as being the perpetrators of Q?
It just seems perfect that 8kun is struggling to pay for itself, as foretold by Ron before Jim took over (with Freddy still likely collecting royalties from his creation), and Q would be one example of a way a site could generate a lot of traffic/attention. When that traffic started to die off over time, what better way to reinvigorate an audience than to produce a documentary through a mainstream channel?
There are many ways to look at this whole thing.
I hope my theory is incorrect.
I'm just glad it existed in the first place because it really brought a lot of truth to the surface.
