This is Laguna Beach, spending all Americans fraudulently appropriated wealth committing color of law by producing and obviously untrue signs like this one and backing them up with brute force. It isn't bullying when every cop does it, with the cooperation of the mayor, the DOJ and the rest of the criminal enterprise.
