Twitter has banned an account for former President Donald Trump’s new website less than one day after it was created.

The account was for Trump’s website that is functioning, essentially, as his own personal Twitter feed.

The website and accompanying Twitter account launched on Tuesday and the social media platform banned it by Wednesday night.

A link on the suspension notice points to the rules about ban evasion.

“You can’t circumvent a Twitter suspension by operating, or having someone else operate on your behalf, an account which represents your identity, persona, brand or business persona for a different purpose,” the rules state.

A new video from the Center for Medical Progress exposes a gristly experiment at the University of Pittsburgh that involved scalping five-month aborted babies and implanting their scalps onto rodents.

Now, Pennsylvania leaders are demanding an investigation and urging the university to stop its experiments using aborted baby body parts.

“Publicly available information demonstrates that Pitt hosts some of the most barbaric experiments carried out on aborted human infants, including scalping 5-month-old aborted fetuses to stitch onto lab rats,” the Center for Medical Progress said in a statement.

The information comes from a study that University of Pittsburgh researchers published in September 2020 in the journal “Scientific Reports.” It describes how scientists used scalps from aborted babies to create “humanized” mice and rats to study the human immune system…

As AP reports, in a letter to GOP Senate President Karen Fann, the head of the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division said the Senate's farming out of 2.1 million ballots from the state's most populous county to a contractor may run afoul of federal law requiring ballots to remain in the control of elections officials for 22 months.

And Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Pamela S. Karlan said that the Senate contractor's plans to directly contact voters could amount to illegal voter intimidation.

“Past experience with similar investigative efforts around the country has raised concerns that they can be directed at minority voters, which potentially can implicate the anti-intimidation prohibitions of the Voting Rights Act,” Karlan wrote.

“Such investigative efforts can have a significant intimidating effect on qualified voters that can deter them from seeking to vote in the future.”

So, Democrats play the race-card again?

“We are very concerned that the auditors are engaged in ongoing and imminent violations of federal voting and election laws,” said the letter sent by the Brennan Center for Justice, the Leadership Conference and Protect Democracy.

‘Seriously shocking failure’: NHS Covid vaccine booking site under review after leaking sensitive medical data, reports say

The National Health Service (NHS) has been forced to review its Covid vaccine booking system after finding a “seriously shocking failure” that could leak confidential medical data from the site used to make appointments.

Using their NHS number or by verifying their identity, vaccine-eligible users can book appointments for their Covid jab. However, it turned out there is currently no safeguard built into the site to protect against a person’s confidential vaccination status being disclosed to anyone with basic personal information about them.

This means that bosses, for example, can potentially keep tabs on whether, and which of, their employees had been vaccinated using just their names, dates of birth, and postcodes.

The problem lies in the fact that the site offers users different responses based on their vaccine status when they input personal information. For those yet to get a shot, entering their details lands them on a standard screening page, while those who have received one jab and booked their second are taken to a screen which requests their booking reference to manage appointments.

For users who have received both shots, inputting basic personal details sends them to a page which confirms they “have had both of [their] appointments.” Alarmingly, people who have received one shot through their GP can book their second with no additional verification required.

Noting that NHS Digital – the health service’s IT partner – was revising the pages, a spokesperson told the Guardian, “The system does not have any direct access to anyone’s medical record and people should not be fraudulently using the service – it should only be used by people booking their own vaccines or for someone who has knowingly provided their details for this purpose.”

In a series of tweets, privacy watchdog Big Brother Watch warned that the system left vaccination statuses “exposed for absolutely anyone to pry into,” and added that the “personal health information could easily be exploited by insurers, employers or scammers.”

Teacher Reads Book About Transgenderism to First Graders, School Board President in District Owns ALL AGES SEX SHOP

A massive scandal is brewing in the Bellingham School District in Washington, where a first grade teacher recently read a book about transgenderism to her first grade class.

The uproar about the book lead parents to contact the school board — and the revelation that the school board president owns an “all ages” sex toy shop.

The teacher, Jennifer Miller, read the book I am Jazz to her class. The story was written by Jazz Jennings, who was on a reality show as a transgender child. It is about a two-year-old biological male transitioning to female, with the support of his parents.

When a concerned parent emailed the teacher to ask about the book, the teacher sent back a bunch of woke nonsense about inclusion. The email was obtained by the Young America’s Foundation.

“Yes, I did read this book,” Miller replied. “As a district we are working hard to support all members of our school community and promote inclusion through understanding and compassion.”

Parents began to reach out to the school board who refused to take any action.

An investigation by the Young America’s Foundation found that Jennifer Mason, president of the Bellingham School Board, owns and operates a self-described “all-ages” sex toy shop.

“I want to show people if sex isn’t something to be ashamed about, then I should be able to be an elected official and own a sex shop at the same time,” Mason told her local paper. “That’s what it means to live your values.”

Maricopa County Did not Have ‘Admin’ Access to the 2020 Election – This Means They Ceded Ownership of Election to Their Outside System Provider

It would likely be impossible to run an election without these. The Maricopa County Election team claims they do not have ‘Admin’ access to their voting machines. If this is the case, then the County did not own the election process they ceded it to their external vendor.

A system administrator has the following duties:

System administrators are critical to the reliable and successful operation of an organization and its network operations center and data center. A sysadmin must have expertise with the system’s underlying platform (i.e., Windows, Linux) as well as be familiar with multiple areas including networking, backup, data restoration, IT security, database operations, middleware basics, load balancing, and more. Sysadmin tasks are not limited to server management, maintenance, and repair, but also any functions that support a smoothly running production environment with minimal (or no) complaints from customers and end users.

System administrators are individuals who have access to the systems at their highest levels. These individuals are able to perform all sorts of duties. They are able to perform most all the functions and changes in a system. They have complete and total control and can even delete or alter system logs

The fact that the County does not have system administrators who have administrative access to the Dominion voting machines is a big concern. By allowing Dominion to have the administration access only, the County has basically turned over the system to the Dominion voting machine system people. There is no IT control here because that’s been ceded to Dominion.

By the way, in general, most frauds that include IT-related processes have at least one IT person involved in the fraud.

Le Pen is currently polling in first place in France for presidential elections to be held in 2022. This week, Le Pen was also acquitted of charges of “hate speech” for exposing radical Islamist propaganda on Twitter.

The French Army chief of staff has threatened the Army officers signing the open letter with court martial. Retired Foreign Legion general Christian Piquemal accused General François Lecointre of being a “bootlicker”.

Biden Plan To Recover $700 Billion Through IRS Audits Is Unrealistic: Former Officials

The Biden administration's plan to count on $700 billion over the next decade from enhanced IRS audits of the wealthy and corporations - a major source of funding for his economic agenda - is wishful thinking, and will probably take years to bear fruit at all, according to Bloomberg.

The analysis comes after the administration announced a plan to boost IRS funding by more than 10%, or $80 billion over the next decade to vastly increase the agency's auditing staff and replace outdated technology. Biden made the promise of recovered tax-dollars a central source of funding for his $1.8 trillion American Families Plan released last week.

Yet, according to some former IRS officials, it will take 'several years' to begin bearing fruit - particularly once one accounts for the time required to hire and train new employees to conduct audits of 'highly complex' tax returns. What's more, such high-dollar audits are far more likely to be met with appeals and litigation which could tie up payments for years. According to the report, previous attempts to recoup unpaid taxes have returned just a tiny fraction of what the administration thinks is possible.

A person familiar with the administration’s plans said the $700 billion projection does reflect that the IRS will need several years to ramp up and that the highest revenue-raising years will be toward the end of the 10-year timeframe. Dutch ministers seek to simplify procedure to CHANGE GENDER on birth certificate, so that even a CHILD can do it

Two Dutch ministers have submitted an amendment to parliament that would scrap the age limit and expert statement, to simplify changing gender on birth certificates, following pressure from transgender groups.

The legislative amendment to the Transgender Act was submitted by the legal protection minister and emancipation minister to the Lower House of Parliament. “Persons whose gender identity does not correspond to the sex determined at birth can, under certain conditions, change their gender in the birth certificate,” a release published on the website of the Dutch government says.

According to the statement, more people want to change their gender registration, with the numbers rising from 460 in 2016 to 640 in 2018. The amendment was put forward in order “to do justice to the emancipation of transgender people.”

The ministers suggest scrapping the requirement for an expert statement in which a doctor or psychologist establishes the fact of a lasting conviction of belonging to the opposite sex. The statement says transgender groups consider this requirement to be a violation of the right of individuals to self-determination. The simplified procedure would involve written submission of the desire to change gender registration, and confirmation four to 12 weeks later.

The proposed legislation would also scrap the age limit, so that children under the age of 16 can change their gender registration. This is being done as a nod to transgender groups and parents who say that some young people already live with a gender other than that designated at birth before they reach 16. In order to change their gender registration, children would have to submit a request to the court.

The legislation would also allow changes in registration to be done at the place of current residence, rather than the place of birth.

The bill will have to be approved by both houses of the Dutch Parliament and then signed into law by the head of state.

The procedures for changing gender on birth certificates were introduced in 2014 with the Transgender Act. The legislation also abolished the requirement for people to undergo surgery, including sterilization, to legally change their gender.

UK reaches agreement with EU to end bitter row over post-Brexit diplomatic status

The British government has agreed to grant full diplomatic status to the EU’s ambassador to the UK, João Vale de Almeida, and his 25-strong mission, ending London and Brussels’ acrimonious dispute over post-Brexit arrangements.

Josep Borrell, the EU’s foreign policy chief, and UK Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab announced the move in a joint statement, following a meeting between the pair in London on Wednesday.

“The EU Ambassador will have a status consistent with heads of missions of states, including agrément [diplomatic approval] and presentation of the credentials to the Head of State,” they said.

“EU Delegation staff will have the privileges and immunities needed to function effectively, while allowing for effective administration of justice.”

Earlier this year, the UK reiterated its refusal to grant the same diplomatic status to the EU delegation as it does to the missions of other countries, arguing that the trading bloc is not a nation state.

Seattle children's soccer league president calls cops on parents who refuse to wear masks outside, permanently bans their kids from the league: Report

The president of a Seattle-area children's soccer league reportedly harassed and called the police on parents who refused to wear masks outdoors while watching their kids play, the Post Millennial reported Wednesday.

According to the news outlet, the family was stopped upon arrival at the park in King County and told by West Seattle Soccer Club League President Chip Goss that only one parent could enter with one child, despite other families reportedly entering the area together.

Goss eventually agreed to let the family enter the park on the condition that they watch the games from behind a nearby baseball diamond, away from the soccer field and other spectators.

The family agreed. But upon seeing other large family units present at the park — many of them not wearing masks — they decided to move a little closer to watch the games from inside the dugout of the baseball diamond, where no other families were present.

Goss apparently spotted the family sitting together and approached them. That's when the exchange below ensued, resulting in Goss calling the police to intervene.

During the exchange, Goss reportedly admitted that the party-size rules he was attempting to enforce were not being followed by others. At that point he pivoted to arguing that the family's failure to wear masks was the issue.

Mask-wearing does not appear to be a requirement within King County Parks; rather, a post on the county website states only that wearing a face covering is "strongly urge[d]." The league, on the other hand — reportedly in compliance with state and local ordinances — does state it requires spectators to wear "facial coverings at all times and remain socially distanced."

That rule may be out of date, however, since King County is currently in phase 3 of the state's reopening plan, during which wearing masks outdoors is not mandated.

Nevertheless, Goss reportedly approached the family after the game and informed them that he had removed the two children from the league and was permanently banning them from future participation.

In conversation with the Post Millennial, the family recalled that the treatment made them feel "devalued" and "not human."

"We were treated like criminals for wanting to watch our daughter play soccer, and the rules weren't even closely followed for ANYONE else," the father added. "We were obviously discriminated against, and embarrassed as he was yelling at us and people were watching/looking over. Our children are devastated that after waiting to play for 18 months, my one son got 3 games, and my daughter got 2, and now we are kicked out of the community permanently."

The league issued a statement to the news outlet, saying, "West Seattle Soccer Club prioritizes the health and safety of its members, including following Covid 19 protocols of Washington state, King County, and Washington Youth Soccer. Persons who repeatedly refuse to comply with these rules when asked and otherwise violate their agreed code of conduct forfeit the privilege to participate in our programs."

Federal Gov’t Telling Facebook to Silence Those With Vaccine Safety Concerns Says Lawsuit

It is no longer a random act — Facebook censorship has become so blatant and massive that they have indefinitely silenced the former president of the United States. Many pro-censorship advocates cheer this on because they dislike the voices silenced by Facebook. They attempt to justify the censorship with the claims that Facebook is a private company and can do what they want, a lawsuit filed against the social media giant says that is not the case.

A lawsuit filed by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. — the chairman of the non-profit group Children’s Health Defense (CHD) — claims Facebook conspires with the federal government to squelch speech which advocates for vaccine safety.

According to the lawsuit, overseen by Senior U.S. District Judge Susan Illston, Facebook started slapping warning labels on content posted on CHD’s Facebook page, including in September of 2020 when the social media giant posted a message directing users to seek “reliable, up-to-date information” about vaccines from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Facebook also started labeling some of CHD’s content as “false information” based on research by third-party fact checkers, including a link to an article claiming vaccinated children “are more likely to have adverse health outcomes” in May 2020.

Suing Facebook over censorship is an impossible task (trust us, we tried) as the company claims the right to censor or moderate any content they see fit as they own the platform. However, in their new lawsuit, CHD claims the federal government coerced and encouraged Facebook to stifle its speech, transforming a private company’s actions into a state-sponsored directives.

On Wednesday, Facebook filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit and during that hearing, Judge Illston asked if the government can ever take steps to counter misinformation without running afoul of the First Amendment.

“Let’s say there was something on the internet that says, ‘If you take a Covid vaccine, you’re going to grow a third head.’ That’s clearly not true. Is it OK to not let that be published?” Illston asked.

“I don’t think it’s OK if the government is calling the shot,” CHD attorney Roger Teich replied.

“You think it’s inappropriate for the government to say generally, ‘We’d really like it if all these private social media outlets didn’t publish lies about the Covid vaccine?’ That’s not alright to say that?” asked Illson.

Teich answered that it was the CDC’s “underhandedness” in using Facebook to restrict speech that violates the Constitution.

To show evidence of government / Facebook collusion, Teich cited multiple statements by Zuckerberg, the CDC and “its proxy,” the World Health Organization, declaring that they were “in discussion” and “working together” to reduce the spread of vaccine misinformation.

ARIZONA: Orange ‘External Drives’ With Early Votes Taken Offsite By Election Officials Or Dominion Employees

Orange hard drives containing early vote totals were removed nightly by either Maricopa County or Dominion employees, reports Kelli Ward

Orange “external devices,” appearing to be portable hard drives, were removed from the vote tabulating area every night during the election by either election officials in Maricopa County, Arizona or Dominion Voting Systems employees, per Arizona Republican Party Chair Kelli Ward.

In a tweet accompanied by an image showing the orange external drives, Ward wrote, “These are the servers for Maricopa Co elections. The external drives that were loaded with nightly early vote totals are circled. Scott Jarrett said they were taken to an offsite ‘undisclosed location’ nightly ‘for safety’ by an employee or a Dominion contractor working for MC.”

According to Scott Jarrett’s LinkedIn profile, first reported by The Gateway Pundit, Jarrett says he previously worked as a Senior Auditor in Maricopa County for over 7 years. Jarrett also says he has certifications to be a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Government Auditing Professional, which do not expire.

“Having the CIA, Jarrett would surely see that it was not alright moving any devices like the ones identified in the picture above from an onsite location. Also, the entire fact that these devices were included in an election is also suspect,” reported The Gateway Pundit.

This comes after Maricopa County officials admitted that they do not have access to the passwords used to access administrator features of the voting machines used in November. The officials were asked to provide the passwords to the firm conducting the audit, and ultimately confessed that they do not have access to the passwords, and did not have access during the November election.

“If you think of it like your computer, you know, a lot of people can log in as users, but very few people can log in as administrators. So when the auditors were examining the machines, they were examining it as a user,” explained Christina Bobb on OAN. “And then they reached the point where they needed the administrative password, and when they reached back out to the county, the county was forced to acknowledge that they did not have the password. Which means they didn’t have it for the election. Which means they did not have any control over the machines for the election.”

The Full FBI Warrant Which Allowed Officers to Raid an Alaska Spa to Recover Nancy Pelosi’s Laptop.

The full warrant, detailing how a dozen FBI officers ended up raiding a spa in Alaska under false pretenses, has been released.

The story first came to major national attention after The National Pulse interviewed Paul and Marilyn Hueper, whose home and business was raided last week in an apparent case of mistaken identity.

The 38 page document, below, reveals how poor a job the FBI did in identifying a woman they say was in Speaker Pelosi’s office on the afternoon of January 6th, 2021.

In summary, the warrant appears to rely on Marilyn Hueper wearing a black coat and having brunette hair as the motivations to raid the Homer Inn and Spa in search of an HP ProBook 640 G5 i5 laptop amongst other items.

The warrant also reveals the Hueper’s identities may have been mistakenly reported to the FBI following an altercation on an Alaska Airlines flight, where the pair are said to have failed to adhere to the airlines’ masking policies.

In short, the FBI appears to have mistakenly raided a home and businesses in part because of a mad airline steward.

Florida Gov. DeSantis Signs Gop-Backed Election Bill Limiting Mail-In Voting, Drop Boxes

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Thursday signed a Republican-backed election integrity law that places some restrictions on ballot drop-boxes and mail-in ballots.

When signing the bill, the Republican governor said that it would place Florida ahead of other states in preventing any potential voter fraud.

“Right now I have what we think is the strongest election integrity measures in the country,” he said. “We’re also banning ballot harvesting. We’re not going to let political operatives go and get satchels of votes and dump them in some drop box.”

The bill (pdf) would require signature verification for voters; use a “wet signature” physically signed on paper kept on file; revise distance limits for people at polling places, early voting sites, and related sites; have election workers monitor ballot drop boxes; and include more identification requirements for dropping off ballots.

The legislation also would place limits on who can return a finished mail-in ballot, prevent election officials from entering consent agreements, and it will require voters to submit yearly requests for mail-in ballots, according to the text of the bill.

“Drop boxes must be geographically located so as to provide all voters in the county with an equal opportunity to cast a ballot,” the bill states, adding that they “must be monitored in person.”

And the “prohibition on the use of private funds for election-related expenses” is an apparent response to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and other groups having provided funding to some states and locals last year to help run elections. Republicans have expressed concern that the funding mostly targeted Democrat-aligned areas and hurt the GOP.

“Me signing this bill here says, ‘Florida, your vote counts. Your vote is going to cast with integrity and transparency, and this is a great place for democracy,'” DeSantis noted Thursday.

Honeywell International Exported US Military Engineering Prints to China.

he US State Department just concluded a settlement for “alleged export violations” with Honeywell International. Honeywell was sharing engineering prints relative to US military technology with several countries, including China.

According to the official statement from the State Department, Honeywell will pay a “civil penalty” of $13 million, and hire a “Special Compliance Officer” who will oversee the “36-month Consent Agreement.” The latter will require the implementation of additional “compliance measures” and an external audit of the company’s “compliance program.”

The settlement is an instance of the State Department’s strengthening of US industry through its protection of “U.S.-origin defense articles, including technical data, from unauthorized exports,” the statement says.

The U.S. Department of State has concluded an administrative settlement with Honeywell International, Inc. (Honeywell) of Charlotte, North Carolina, to resolve alleged violations of the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), 22 U.S.C. § 2751 et seq., and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. Parts 120-130. The Department of State and Honeywell have reached this settlement following an extensive compliance review by the Office of Defense Trade Controls Compliance in the Department’s Bureau of Political-Military Affairs.

The Department of State and Honeywell have reached an agreement pursuant to ITAR § 128.11 to address alleged unauthorized exports and retransfers of ITAR-controlled technical data that contained engineering prints showing dimensions, geometries, and layouts for manufacturing castings and finished parts for multiple aircraft, gas turbine engines, and military electronics to and/or within Canada, Ireland, Mexico, the People’s Republic of China, and Taiwan.

The settlement demonstrates the Department’s role in strengthening U.S. industry by protecting U.S.-origin defense articles, including technical data, from unauthorized exports. The settlement also highlights the importance of obtaining appropriate authorization from the Department for exporting controlled articles.

Under the terms of the 36-month Consent Agreement, Honeywell will pay a civil penalty of $13 million. The Department has agreed to suspend $5 million of this amount on the condition that the funds will be used for Department-approved Consent Agreement remedial compliance measures to strengthen Honeywell’s compliance program. In addition, for an initial period of at least 18 months, an external Special Compliance Officer will be engaged by Honeywell to oversee the Consent Agreement, which will also require the company to conduct one external audit of its compliance program during the Agreement term as well as implement additional compliance measures.

Honeywell voluntarily disclosed to the Department the alleged violations that are resolved under this settlement. Honeywell also acknowledged the serious nature of the alleged violations, cooperated with the Department’s review, and instituted a number of compliance program improvements during the course of the Department’s review. For these reasons, the Department has determined that it is not appropriate to administratively debar Honeywell at this time.

National Day of Prayer: Joe Biden Mentions ‘Racial Justice,’ ‘Climate Change,’ Not ‘God’

President Joe Biden issued a proclamation for Thursday’s celebration of the National Day of Prayer in which he failed to mention “God,” but said the day is one in which “Americans of faith can call upon the power of prayer” as they confront “racial justice” and “the existential threat of climate change.”

Biden said:

As we continue to confront the crises and challenges of our time — from a deadly pandemic, to the loss of lives and livelihoods in its wake, to a reckoning on racial justice, to the existential threat of climate change — Americans of faith can call upon the power of prayer to provide hope and uplift us for the work ahead.

The president quoted the words of the late civil rights icon Rep. John Lewis:

As the late Congressman John Lewis once said, “Nothing can stop the power of a committed and determined people to make a difference in our society. Why? Because human beings are the most dynamic link to the divine on this planet.”

Biden said, continuing his theme of social justice:

Throughout our history, Americans of many religions and belief systems have turned to prayer for strength, hope, and guidance. Prayer has nourished countless souls and powered moral movements — including essential fights against racial injustice, child labor, and infringement on the rights of disabled Americans. Prayer is also a daily practice for many, whether it is to ask for help or strength, or to give thanks over blessings bestowed.

The president also stated:

The First Amendment to our Constitution protects the rights of free speech and religious liberty, including the right of all Americans to pray. These freedoms have helped us to create and sustain a Nation of remarkable religious vitality and diversity across the generations.

NYT’s Story About Big Bad Pfizer Making Billions Off The Vaccine Appears To Have Backfired On Social

A New York Times story that went after pharmaceutical company Pfizer for selling their coronavirus vaccine appears to have backfired, with social media commentators praising the company for creating life-saving medication.

The New York Times story hit Pfizer for making over $3.5 billion in the first three months of 2021. The Times shared the story Tuesday morning on Facebook, and it has been liked or reacted to more than 21,000 times. More than 4,200 comments on the story – many of them critical.

“So the cost for the two shots is under $40 per person? That is reasonable and a good use of our tax dollars,” one person said. “Pfizer should get some reward for producing a life-saving medicine.”

Another person called Pfizer’s profits “well deserved.”

“The science, innovation, technology and brainpower that went into making the vaccine is worth it and more,” the commentator wrote. “Time to stop acting entitled.”

“How many people had to pay for their vaccinations? None that I know,” someone wrote. “If the government pays for it, I’d say that’s a good use of my tax money. As for profit – that’s America. Not exactly new.”

“I have no problem with this,” someone added. “Should we expect these companies to put time, energy, and resources into developing life-saving medicines for free? If financial incentive is driving critical research and development, I’m fine with it.”

“I don’t care if they make money,” one woman noted. “That’s capitalism. They aren’t price gouging and they took a risk to produce millions of doses early before FDA approval so we could get shots faster.”

“Why would anyone have a problem with this?” someone asked. “How is it different from going to a doctor or a hospital and paying them for the services?”
