GORDO14 looks like it is heading back to Lincoln Neb.
IMO it looks like a training sortie.
Some old school navigation practice to Bowling Green followed by a loop to get some distance to pick up or intercept the radial from the beacon.
Following that some IFR along the airways.
Later on it flies to Bill and Hill at Little Rock and then straight lines back to Lincoln.
