The people in Jesus' day loved him and followed him around by the thousands. They shouted Hosanna and laid palm branches at his feet. But the few rich, powerful members of society still managed to have him killed. The masses couldn't save him, they had no power. Only God has the power.

Same today, the masses at the bottom have no power. The power lies with those few corrupt individuals at the top. Only divine intervention can save us from evil.

Organized religion has its drawbacks.

Going to a church building does not make a person a Christian. It's what is in a person's mind and in their heart. The Holy Spirit lives in us, not in a building.
