It doesn’t help my wife’s neuropathic pain, but she can tolerate the pain better. She prefers it to the antidepressants or anticonvulsants they usually prescribe for neuropathic pain, and she avoids opioids.
That stuff gave my wife terrible and vivid nightmare.
