At least 75% of the businesses in my area are seeking employees. Help wanted everywhere. like I have never seen. At the same time, all of the sudden, there is a fake news narrative of a worker shortage. Is this spotty at best economy booming? for some yes, most No. I believe corporate America in lock-step, will mandate employee vaXXXines, therefor over hiring in anticipation, knowing many will not agree to it..
