My Gawd. They are building things like that and there is an old cement culvert that simply CANNOT get fixed because of funding and environmental reasons and bullshit so tons of peoples property floods every year. We tried to fix it ourselves and the cops came and we were fined… really. Are those trees growing on top of that thing? The US is a 3rd world country. IF only our government would shrink to 1% its size… Then we could do stuff like Fix a culvert or build a fucking sky scraper from a Sci-Fi story.
