Funny (and true) story: This week I paid for gas with cash. My change was $7.77. Cashier suggested I needed to buy a lottery ticket.

I don't think so. Wise folks have already stocked food and other essentials. Most resilient people I believe are ready to trade, barter, and do whatever else it takes to keep the real economy (our families) well.
People who think government issued electronic money/fiat currency will help them might be in trouble, though.
