More specifically, you are the leader of the council that determines the actions of companies and countries alike. You are the ruler of mankind, and you can assume 100% cooperation from your fellow elites. One day, during a meeting, it is revealed to you that planet earth and humanity is facing an unprecedented crisis. Your scientists have predicted, with 100% accuracy, that if humanity is not culled by 50% we will deplete our resources within 5 years, there will be an environmental catastrophe, and inevitably, between 95-100% of the population will die. This is not debatable, in the hypothetical, it is fact. You are tasked with solving this crisis in a way that
