Footage Shows Fauci Hailing “Extraordinary” Clinton Foundation During Peak “Slush Fund” Scandal.

Dr. Anthony Fauci praised the Clinton Foundation as “extraordinary” and influencing the world “in a positive way” during a 2014 speech unearthed by The National Pulse.

The COVID-19 pandemic response leader made the comments while speaking at the Harvard School of Public Health’s series “Decision-making: Voices from the Field” on April 17th, 2014. Discussing how he disagreed with the Clinton administration’s approach to needle exchange programs, Fauci offered considerable praise for the Clinton Foundation:

“President Clinton, who has done fantastic things since he was president particularly the Clinton Foundation which is really an extraordinary organization in a positive way, has said that that was a bad decision on his part.”

“One of the problems is that, in science, the use of the media is a bit self-serving,” Fauci concludes in the hour-long address.

Also the head of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) agency that funded research at the controversial Wuhan Institute of Virology, Dr Fauci’s praise for the Clinton Foundation is at odds with the group’s reputation for corruption.

Charity watchdog “Charity Navigator” felt the foundation’s finances were so messy it was added the the “watch list” of problematic nonprofits in 2015. Other government watchdog groups – including those with Democratic leadership – share the sentiment. “It seems like the Clinton Foundation operates as a slush fund for the Clintons,” said Bill Allison, a senior fellow at the Sunlight Foundation.

The foundation has also been accused of selling access to the U.S. State Department, with even the Associated Press noting that “more than half the people outside the government who met with Hillary Clinton while she was secretary of state gave money — either personally or through companies or groups — to the Clinton Foundation.”

Arizona Formally Bans Post-Election Signature Fix for Unsigned Mail-In Ballots

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey signed a law on Friday banning voters from adding signatures on unsigned mail-in ballots after election day.

The measure, Arizona Senate bill 1003 (S.B. 1003), was approved earlier in the state legislature in party-line votes.

The new law codified a ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Oct. 6, 2020, within one month of the 2020 election. It also ended disputes over unsigned mail-in ballots between the state Republicans and Democrats.

Current Arizona law allows election officials to contact the voters to fix the signatures on the ballots if the signatures don’t match other signatures from records in the Department of Motor Vehicle, voter registration forms, or previous early ballots. The voters can fix the signatures, if they failed to pass the verification process, within up to five business days after election day.

The new law didn’t change anything about the grace period for the signed ballots.

However, it ended the state Democrats’ efforts to add a similar grace period to unsigned ballots.

Before the 2020 election, Arizona Secretary of the State Katie Hobbs—a Democrat—was trying to set a five-business-day grace period for the voters to fix the ballots if the ballots are not signed.

Hobbs’s move is part of the efforts to honor a settlement in 2019 with the Navajo Nation, which allows Navajo voters with mismatched or missing signatures on mail-in ballots to correct their ballots with five business days after the election day.

However, the efforts were stopped by the appeal court judges who said, in alignment with the state Republicans, that the Democrats went too far by giving absentee voters five days after Election Day to correct missing signatures on mail-in ballots.

“All ballots must have some deadline, and it is reasonable that Arizona has chosen to make that deadline Election Day itself so as to promote its unquestioned interest in administering an orderly election and to facilitate its already burdensome job of collecting, verifying, and counting all of the votes in timely fashion,” the appellate court said.

The new law codified the appeal court’s ruling by adding an amendment to the current Arizona election law.

Border Crossers Flying for Free into U.S. with Help from Catholic Charities

Border crossers are flying on commercial flights for free into the United States, with the help of Catholic Charities, after first sheltering at paid-for hotel rooms along the U.S.-Mexico border, a new report details.

A report by the Daily Mail reveals the extent to which non-governmental organizations (NGOs) — such as Catholic Charities of San Diego, California; the Shapiro Foundation, and the Tripadvisor Foundation — are facilitating the release of border crossers into the U.S. interior, thanks to President Joe Biden’s administration and often funded by American taxpayers.

In southern California, for instance, Biden officials and the state have worked out an operation that places border crossers into free hotel rooms at $71 to $90 a night. A similar scheme in Arizona and Texas — costing $86 million in total — is costing taxpayers about $72,000 per border crosser.

The southern California operation first provides the free hotel rooms to border crossers who stay for sometimes less than 48 hours before Catholic Charities puts them on commercial flights, for free, into the U.S. interior. The migrants, as the Daily Mail reports, are often headed to Los Angeles, California; New York City, New York; and Boston, Massachusetts.

Every day, according to Catholic Charities, border crossers are taken on buses to Yuma, Arizona, and San Diego airports.

Then, those border crossers board commercial flights into the U.S. interior that are either paid for by Catholic Charities or a group called “Miles4Migrants,” which is funded by the Shapiro Foundation and the Tripadvisor Foundation.

The report notes more than 700 border crossers thus far have “passed through the hotels” in southern California before taking off on commercial flights to resettle into the U.S. interior. Every day, Catholic Charities told the Daily Mail, nearly 50 new border crossers arrive to take shelter before leaving for the U.S. interior on the commercial flights.

As Breitbart News reported last month, from February 19 to April 22, the Biden administration has flown about 7,200 border crossers into the U.S. interior on domestic commercial flights. Border crossers are allowed to bypass photo identification requirements, boarding flights without a photo ID, and do not have to prove they are negative for the Chinese coronavirus.

Father Of James Younger, Whose Mother Says He’s Trans, Urges Texas To Pass Bill Ending Child Trans Surgeries

Jeff Younger urges Texas Republicans to pass the stalled legislation that would save children like his 9-year-old son from life altering transgender surgeries.

H.B. 1399, a bill that would ban chemical castration and radical transgender surgeries for children in the state of Texas, appeared stalled in the legislature last week, until Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller spoke to Tucker Carlson Friday night on his nightly Fox News program, and urged the Texas Republicans stalling the bill to act to protect children. Now, Jeff Younger, the father of 9-year-old James Younger, who has been embroiled in a fight over gender identity since the child was only two, is speaking out to urge Texas Republicans to act.

Younger went viral when he posted a video of his son, taken at only two years old, explaining that his mother, Younger’s ex wife, puts him in a dress, paints his nails, and tells him he is a girl. “My son just turned 9 yesterday, and I’ve been fighting it since then, so it’s been six solid years of education,” Younger explained. “I’m basically fighting every major institution in the government, and almost every professional body.”

“We’ve been able to get a bill to pass the Senate, which would outlaw sex change surgeries on children, which is being done in Texas, there’s hundreds of children that are in the pipeline right now,” Younger explained. “It would also ban chemical castration of children, which there are thousands of children in Texas right now who are actually on cross sex hormones.”

However, until last week, the bill seemed stalled in the Texas House. Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller appeared in a radio ad that laid the blame on Rep. Dustin Burrows, who is on the committee that sets the legislative calendar for the House, and other Texans have laid the blame on Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan, who National File has been told repeatedly receives his orders from Gov. Greg Abbott. All politicians alleged to be holding up H.B. 1399 are members of the Republican Party.

“The person that, right now, is the proximate cause of the delay, is Dade Phelan, the Speaker of the House,” Younger told National File. “Dade Phelan has a 100% approval rating from almost all of the gay and transgender lobby organizations. He’s a longtime member of the LGBT caucus, he is a huge LGBT advocate in the legislature. He is the Speaker of the House, and he can control all of this.”

Younger explained that Phelan is a recipient of funding from Paul Singer, a globalist Republican fundraiser who is the “largest donor of the Human Rights campaign” and also among the largest donor to Republicans. Singer became well known last year, when Carlson lambasted Singer and those like him as enemies of the American middle class, rural America, and the wider Trump-inspired populist movement.

“The big donors in the Republican Party are at odds with what the voting base wants. When it comes down to it, Governor Abbott, Dade Phelan, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, a lot of times they go with what the donors want and not what Democracy is telling them to do,” Younger told National File. Younger warned Abbott and other Texas Republicans that, should they refuse to pass common sense legislation to protect children, he and others will work to inform the public of their corporate agenda and damage their hopes of a future in national politics.

“Go after Dade Phelan, let his constituents know, call his office and let him know: He can be loyal to his paymasters in the Human Rights Campaign, or he can lose his job. We need to do the same thing to the people in the Calendar Committee, they can obey their paymasters who are offering them power in the state government, power as lobbyists when they get out of government, they can obey these people and that’s fine, they can make a lot of money, but they won’t be elected officials in this state anymore,” said Younger. “And finally, we need to let Governor Abbott know that we are going to pass this bill, and we need to start reaching out to Democrats.”

“One of the things that has not been reported is many Democrats have approached Republicans who support this bill and said they also support it,” Younger told National File. “We have a wedge issue with the left here on this gender modification business. 40% of the Democrats are on our side on this issue.” He added, “We need to let Abbott know that if he doesn’t [sign the bill], we’re going to use this wedge issue against him and he won’t have a political future in Washington like he hopes he does.”

Biden Throws Out Trump Reform, Gives ‘De Facto Amnesty’ to Illegal Aliens Ordered Deported

President Joe Biden’s administration is throwing out a reform sought by former President Trump that would have stopped the federal government from issuing work permits to illegal aliens with final deportation orders.

Last year, Trump issued a proposed rule change to prevent the issuance of work permits to illegal aliens who have been ordered deported from the United States by a federal immigration judge.

Now, the Biden administration has announced that they are reversing the proposed rule change, ensuring that the federal government continues to provide work permits to illegal aliens with final deportation orders.

As part of the reversal, the Biden administration cited that stopping issuances of work permits to illegal aliens with final deportation orders “would impose exorbitant costs and burdens on U.S. employers related to labor turnover.”

Jessica Vaughan, with the Center for Immigration Studies, told Breitbart News that the reversal by the Biden administration is “a de facto amnesty” for illegal aliens.

“This is yet another common sense Trump reform that is being reversed,” Vaughan said. “Most Americans would be astounded to hear that in 2019 the government issued more than 25,000 work permits to people who have been ordered removed by an immigration judge. These are often criminals who can’t be deported because their home country refuses to take them back.”

“So we just let them stay, with benefits like a work permit. The Trump administration finally got around to stopping this practice, but not fast enough to keep it from being undone,” Vaughan continued. “We can expect the Biden administration to use the work permit authority to the maximum extent possible, because it’s a de facto amnesty that is easier than trying to get an amnesty bill through Congress.”

Already, the Biden administration is rewarding tens of thousands of border crossers with one-year work permits to remain and take American jobs while they await their court hearings.

The mass issuance of work permits to border crossers and illegal aliens comes as 16.4 million Americans remain jobless, all of whom want full-time employment. In addition to those unemployed, more than five million Americans are underemployed: they are in part-time jobs but want full-time work.

Report: Tom Suozzi Gave Himself $37,000 for ‘Office Rent’ from His Congressional Committee

Far-left Long Island Democrat Rep. Tom Suozzi (NY) gave himself tens of thousands of dollars for “office rent” from his own Congressional campaign committee since last year, a report shows.

Suozzi’s Federal Election Commission (FEC) report shows he used $37,860 from his Congressional campaign committee to pay himself for “office rent” since 2020, according to a report by the New York Post.

On January 2 of last year, the report showed that Suozzi “dropped $19,500 on “office rent” to a company called Ruvo Realty LLC, in addition to this past January 19, when Suozzi dropped another $18,360 rent payment, according to the Post. This equals “$1,625 a month in 2020 and $1,530 in 2021,” the report showed.

The New Yorker’s 2019 financial disclosure report exposed the Congressman was, in fact, the sole owner of Ruvo Realty. The report showed he had valued Ruvo Realty between $100,000 and $250,000, the report revealed, adding Ruvo Realty started renting in January of last year.

The sole asset that belongs to Ruvo Realty is one single unit, and the report revealed it to be “in the 3 School St. Professional Condo office building in Glen Cove.”

The Post also uncovered the company Suozzi has set up only has one asset listed, which was a single unit in the 3 School St. Professional Condo office building in Glen Cove. A spokeswoman for Suozzi told the Post, “the company was expressly set up for the purpose of housing a Suozzi campaign office there, where staffers regularly work.”

On Thursday, the Post reportedly stopped by the office and saw:

…a sign on the door for unit 305 gives no indication of its affiliation with the Congressman beyond a small white placard bearing the letters TRS — Thomas Richard Suozzi’s initials … lights were off and there was no answer from inside.

The Post figured out the company received the name from a small Italian town called Ruvo del Monte, where Suozzi’s father was allegedly born.

The congressman’s campaign was reportedly able to provide all of the right documents showing the payments were made with the fair market price. However, political observers told the Post the arrangement was “unseemly.”

Larry Sabato, a political scientist at the University of Virginia, told the Post, “It’s absolutely not good. You shouldn’t use running for office or serving in office to enrich yourself in any form. Trump was a master of this.” Sabato later added, “lots of things are legal that aren’t right.”

In addition, a former chairwoman of the FEC, Ann Ravel, said, “If you actually have set up a campaign group or headquarters or something where it’s really closely related to the campaign, it’s not [illegal].” Ravel told the Post she still found it to be “terribly unseemly.”

A political adviser for Suozzi, Kim Devlin, tried to defend the Congressman by telling the Post, “this is much ado about nothing. This is a straightforward transaction pre-approved by ethics attorneys and fully disclosed. The campaign office lease is below fair market value and fully compliant.”

The Post noted Suozzi will face reelection in 2022 with the rest of the House of Representatives, adding the Suozzi campaign committee still remains active.

Mexico has sent a diplomatic note asking the United States to suspend funding for an anti-corruption group critical of the government, President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said on Friday.

Lopez Obrador said the formal protest was sent because of financial backing for Mexicans Against Corruption and Impunity (MCCI), a group that investigates political corruption. The president says the group is seeking to undermine his government.

“It’s interference, it’s interventionism, it’s promoting coup plotters,” said Lopez Obrador, describing funding that includes money from the U.S. Agency for International Development, commonly known as USAID, as an affront to Mexico’s sovereignty.

Technology mogul Elon Musk's scheduled guest appearance on "Saturday Night Live" has created some of the biggest buzz – and controversy – in recent years for the show, now in a ratings slump.

Musk, worth an estimated $177 billion, recently moved his business ventures to Texas from California, which has one of the country’s high tax rates, a move financial experts say could save him billions in income and-or capital gains taxes and critics suggesting is a tax dodge.

Heading out the door, the 49-year-old Musk took a dig at California, where he'd spent his adult life, saying it had a "winning-for-too-long problem" and comparing the state to a dynasty sports team full of "complacency" and "entitlement."

Musk hinting in 2018 about leading a buyout of Tesla resulted in stock market regulators fined him $20 million.

Yet what Musk, who will appear with musical guest Miley Cyrus, might do Saturday night is what is expected to draw many viewers.

His announcement in late April about appearing on the show resulted in a price spike for his meme-based dogecoin cryptocurrency, which has resulted in speculation that any comments on the live show could result in another sharp increase.

A school secretly reported its chaplain to the anti-terrorism Prevent programme after he delivered a sermon defending the right of pupils to question its introduction of new LGBT policies.

The Reverend Dr Bernard Randall told pupils at independent Trent College near Nottingham that they were allowed to disagree with the measures, particularly if they felt they ran contrary to Church of England principles.

Among them was a plan to ‘develop a whole school LGBT+ inclusive curriculum’.

Having decided that Dr Randall’s sermon was ‘harmful to LGBT’ students, the school flagged him to Prevent, which normally identifies those at risk of radicalisation.

Police investigated the tip-off but advised the school by email that Dr Randall, 48, posed ‘no counter terrorism risk, or risk of radicalisation’.

Derbyshire Police confirmed that the case ‘did not meet the threshold for a Prevent referral’.

Two men in custody after caught with more than 7kg of radioactive uranium

Indian authorities arrested two men after discovering they were planning to smuggle highly radioactive uranium.

Two men were caught trying to illegally sell over 7kg of uranium.

The suspects were involved in a scheme and were searching for potential buyers for the radioactive material.

Uranium is “highly radioactive and dangerous to human life,” experts say.

The Indian Anti-Terror Squad(ATS) arrested two men carrying more than 7kg(16lb) of radioactive uranium. The arrest occurred after an investigator found out that Jigar Jayesh Pandya, 27, of Thane, India, was looking for a potential buyer for the dangerous material, which is usually used in making nuclear explosives, as UNILAD notes.

To detain the suspect, the ATS set up a trap. As they expected, they eventually found Pandya carrying small pieces of uranium.

While conducting further investigation, including an inquiry, the agents discovered that the material had been supplied by another man involved in the scheme. Pandya also revealed his name – Abu Tahir Afzal Hussain Choudhary, of Mankhurd.

Following their discovery, the officers went after Choudhary and arrested him at Kurla Scrap Association in Mankhurd, Mumbai. As India TV News reports, they seized 7.100 kg of uranium at the spot.

Reportedly, the two men have had tested the radioactive material in a private laboratory to check its quality. Authorities are now questioning Pandya and Choudhary in a bid to trace other people involved in the illegal activity.

After the arrests, the dangerous substance was sent for analysis to Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) at Trombay. Experts confirmed the material was natural uranium, which is “highly radioactive and dangerous to human life.”

On May 5, a local court remanded the two suspects in the custody of the ATS until next Wednesday, after the agents registered a case under provisions of the Atomic Energy Act-1962.
