It’s approved under emergency use, so technically they’re supposed to have some information that they can give the public. Because of that, they’re not really doing it as an informed consent. Normally if you’re included in a trial, You have to go through a long informed consent, but because this is approved for emergency use order, that is being waved. Therefore, there’s no legal obligation To fill out all the legal documentation.
