The individual says with self righteous BS they are aiding him after causing no less $4k-6k worth of damage to the van and assaulting him through the window causing physical injuries. All because they refused to get out of the street while he tried to go about his way. This had been going on for hours without any LE oversight. Portland is indeed worthy of the name "P"town because it has become both a urinal and shit hole.
With any luck this punk will be in custody tonight by the proper authorities who will throw the book at him. Then again it is "P" Town.
