It could have been an Orderly (the ones that move them around, lift them, etc.)

There is a very loose hiring and not good back-ground checks on Orderlies.

Also, they are not paid very well compared to Nurses.

I don't know why people don't get this.

Anons do all the digging and research,

then someone else comes and gets info here,

then rushes over and uses anon hard work to profit.

There is nothing wrong with profiting off your OWN work.

Plus many of the codes were wrong he came up with.

Orderlies don't. I think it was the orderly.

They just go thru a simple background check, and often times, that is missed because of the turn-over.

An orderly could be bribed to accidentally drop the patient during moving the patient.

The nurse was probably lazy and didn't do the followup care though.
