Thing is, I've been using DHL (FedEx is a shit company that will purposely call Customs then try to extort you for hundreds of dollars) for 10 years no problems. Baked into their exorbitant shipping fees is customs broker fees. They are supposed to bust balls to make sure this shit doesn't happen.
Impossible to get through to anyone with power.
