I think I have found out why Democrats (and others?) in Congress will not pass the "Born Alive" infants protection act. It seems that human tissues for vaccine development and "research" are useless from a dead baby. So, in order to make money from killing preborn children Planned Parenthood forces pregnant women to undergo a violent procedure that causes her body to eject a living child. If it were required by law to assist the baby then the profitable practice of harvesting tissues from a living child would potentially be disrupted.
