Saying that they'll take someone's unemployment away if they're offered a job and don't take it is an unenforceable farse. The things one used to be required to do to get on and keep state unemployment were very involved and showed proof that work was sought out. People could still get away with gaming the system, but it was mere penance compared to the no-proof federal shunemployment.
