If the recall was inevitable, then create a controversial candidate to ran against him who won't win.
Won't be able to discuss, publicly, disgust against trannies, and any criticicsm will be linked to trans-phobia, or some such bullshit, regardless.
When Jenner loses, then it will be portrayed as trans-phobia, too.
People will stay home. Not worth it to vote. Just Kabuki, IMO.
