When you change (in this case) a virus so that it can affect cells it's not normally supposed to. Which in this case, is human airway cells.
It says HeLa cells came from Wuhan. Not that it was done in Wuhan. (But HeLa cells are COMMON, so not sure why they got them from Wuhan??)
But this is all common sense.
It literally took me 15 seconds last March to deduce that the virus was made in the Wuhan lab.
I know what you're saying, but this is telling you that they GOT the HeLa cells FROM Wuhan. Not that the experiments were done there.
Though, it's pretty much the same thing.
