could be that anons aren't going to ship things… so you are advertising to a group of people who probably don't use your product.
while this could be your programmer (as I am not sure what you are getting at, did they do something bad?) or it could be just… wrong audience.

if your programmer uses this site, lock him out right now if you are concerned, otherwise you just gave away your hand.
also, are you saying that your webpage doesn't show up in google search results, and you dont know why? perhaps you (or your programmer) didn't setup google analytics properly so that it can't scrape your site properly, or perhaps you have competitors that are paying google to bury your results (it might not even be your programmer, could just be someone competing with you is paying google money to bury you).
i try to stay away from google shit, so no idea what you would need to do to set that up. it is pretty basic though, you dont need a degree to do HTML to set that up. you could probably pick up reading online forums in ~4-8 hours.
also, the search engine scraped your site as ".com/?ref=8chan"
if google is doing a blanket blackout on 8chan, your site will likely be shadow banned, which could be the reason that you aren't getting customers.
yep, your programmer should be able to troubleshoot it, they might just be incompetent though.
in any event, if you don't have the trust there, find a new programmer.
