Cheesehead here. wanted to respond as I'm tied into every imaginable emergency response group in my county, Hams, sheriff, local group, NWS Skywarn.. you name it.

I've heard nothing about this. normally they fill us in and put us on alert for this kind of stuff. this seems to be Nat Guard only. I'll be watching. going to make mention of it on the local repeater and see where it goes/what comes back. Is this only Wi.? or are there more states? I don't know where to begin looking.

I don't want to screw up the bread talking HAM stuff, but find a nice list of freq. print them off and program incase lights out you'll have a solid list of what will be live.
