Are you saying you hydrate using only distilled water? No milk, juices, etc? And you get no leeching, even with a normal diet?
I get why it's a good idea to purify your water, but to ignore replacing the needed minerals found in the poisoned water is not smart.
The sea salt idea is a good one, perhaps extra root veggies might be, too… but, to flush your body and disregard the potential for depleting electrolytes, isn't.
Not gonna argue. You have a statistical sample of 1 here, and, clearly have a diet that covers your needs. Not everyone does, doc.
