so, i read this article today

https://taibbi.substack.com/p/reporters-once-challenged-the-spy

and noticed it was posted last bread >>13646171 but didnt get any discussion, i just got here tho so maybe it did outside of the op

in any event, id really appreciate the opinion of someone with knowledge of the current culture in the intel agencies and mil intel on this article

ive historically viewed posting here and elsewhere as a cost/benefit analysis, and im not risk averse so if the potential reward is high im not concerned if the cost is also potentially high, and thats how ive viewed this place at least since Q

after reading this however my ratio is getting off kilter and the cost side of the equation seems to be out of balance with the reward side

id love to hear from someone about the validity of this article, maybe he got the evidence wrong, maybe he missed something, but it seems that what we saw happen after 9/11 with the "war on terror" is now being done domestically after the capitol riot as the "war on extremism" and it seems like continuing to fight this infowar with these people is an almost guaranteed lose scenario, at least individually

not necessarily country wide, some things we've said have already taken root, but im wondering if maybe my individual participation should be scaled down at least if not ended

unfortunately theyre the ones that enforce those laws so they arent going to prosecute themselves

they have known exactly who we all are since the first post, they dont give a shit what laws they break, they just rewrite them as needed
