Lawfag jr here. Just incase anons get upset about this, I want to help out. Spoliation of evidence is VERY bad! Yes it means spoil evidenc, but it has a different meaning within the Court. It (among many things) switches the burden of proof .The biggest problem Maricopa County will now have is THE LACK OF DOCUMENTATION.

Right now this is a Senate matter not a Court matter.

There were so many criminal laws broken with this.

Because this required Court intervention, it is now a Judicial matter as well.

The subpeona is not just from the Senate but from the Court. SUPREME COURT
