Over the past weekend, anon posted something about a Chevron supervisor being called for emergency meeting - after meeting, supervisor said the "shortage" will spread across the U.S. within the next several weeks. (shoulda grabbed a screen shot)
Called in sick a few times because of a nearly empty gas tank and no funds.
If folks cannot afford to go to work, "government" dependency increases. If folks cannot afford to travel, staying local increases. Moreover, the cost of literally everything folks need to survive increases because transport costs increase.
