She should see her GYN. This could be a sign of something else (not vax related), benign or otherwise. Polyps, fibroids, or cancer. Have her get checked out.

But seriously, she needs to watch how much bleeding & frequency this is happening. Don't let it go on for too long. Hopefully it's nothing more than some hormones. Maybe start looking around online for a homeopathic MD or GYN.
