there are many different kinds of file systems.
one type never errases anything. But files are 'appended' with 'modification'.
so a file would never be deleted in the file system, the old versions of it would still exist with no way to remove them.
the view given of the file would depend on what you ask for. and the 'newest' copy would be what one gets from a request by default.
and to do a sting you'd apply that kind of file system to a computer and . . . let the people do as they will and not give them access to the 'older versions' so they really think that htey are deleting.
and catch them.
if they run all the courts and all the cops and all the towns, no matter what you tell them they just ignore you and gavel you to the jail house.
I'm not an expert on the Arizona audit but it does seem that it's clearer that the 'authorties' in that region have gotten their elected positions using an election system that is a fraud.
but they'll have a judge call me in contempt and gavel me to the jail house.
so it's up to the audit to be done and for the world to know.
but then what next?

no, if the government made screwdrivers they wouldn't make them. What they would do is contract for them. Get a relative to win the low bid, cost plus. have the relative contract all that out to another low bidder (the losers) at a lower cost.
take the overhead and kick it back to the original contracting agency.
