it means that you paid attention to clocks at times where they had same numbers and you did it multiple times.
top looks a bit too smooth, but the side looks like a normal crack.
either there was already a crack there, and someone helped it along, or someone weakened it at the top, and the rest helped itself. judging by the rust, it has been there a while though…
