At a recent forum in Arizona, referring to the festering, larger than life Sino-American clash, Henry the K. said,

“It’s the biggest problem for America; it’s the biggest problem for the world. Because if we can’t solve that, then the risk is that all over the world a kind of cold war will develop between China and the United States.”

In realpolitik terms, this “kind of Cold War” is already on; across the Beltway, China is unanimously regarded as the premier U.S. national security threat.

Kissinger added U.S. policy toward China must be a mix of stressing U.S. “principles” to demand China’s respect and dialogue to find areas of cooperation:

“I’m not saying that diplomacy will always lead to beneficial results…This is the complex task we have… Nobody has succeeded in doing it completely.”

Henry the K. actually must have lost the – diplomatic – plot. What Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov are now involved in, full time, is to demonstrate – mostly to the Global South – how the American-enforced “rules-based international order” has absolutely nothing to do with international law and the respect of national sovereignty.

At first I had archived these Henry the K. platitudes out of sight. But then someone who used to hold a stellar position at the top of the U.S. Deep State showed he had been paying close attention.

AZ State Senate President Asks Maricopa County to Address Deleted Data Bases, Chain of Custody, Non-Compliance with Subpoenas

The president of the Arizona State Senate asked the chairman of the Maricopa Board of Supervisors in a letter on Tuesday to address “three serious issues that have arisen in the course of the Senate’s ongoing audit of the returns of the November 3, 2020 general election in Maricopa County. “

Arizona State Senate President Karen Fann identified those three issues in her letter to Maricopa County Supervisors Board Chairman Jack Sellers as: (1) ongoing non-compliance with legislative subpoenas, deleted data bases (2) chain of custody and ballot organization anomalies, and (3) deleted data bases.

Arizona Senate Republicans on Tuesday issued subpoenas to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for a scanned ballot audit and ‘full forensic audit of ballot tabulation equipment, the software for that equipment and the election management system used in the 2020 general election.’

The audit of Maricopa County’s November 2020 election results began on April 23 and may continue into the summer.

“The first issue concerns Maricopa County’s apparent intent to renege on its previous commitment to comply fully with the legislative subpoenas issued on January 13, 2021, which, as you know, Judge Thomason found were valid and enforceable,” Fann wrote in Tuesday’s letter, adding:

To date, attorneys for Maricopa County have refused to produce virtual images of routers used in connection with the general election, relying on a conclusory and unsupported assertion that providing the routers would somehow “endanger the lives of law enforcement officers, their operations, or the protected health information and personal data of Maricopa County’s citizens.” . . .

Nevertheless, in an effort to resolve the dispute regarding production of the routers, we propose that agents of CyFIR, an experienced digital forensics firm and subcontractor of Cyber Ninjas, review virtual images of the relevant routers in Maricopa County facilities and in the presence of representatives of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.

Fann then addressed the second issue, chain of custody and ballot organization anomolies:

Stacey Abrams: AZ Recount ‘a Continuation of the Insurrection’

Failed Georgia Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams said Thursday on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360” that the Arizona recount of 2020 ballots was “a continuation of the insurrection.”

Cooper asked, “First on the news, given all your work on voting rights, when you see this so-called audit in Arizona with cell phone jammers and UV lights, and conspiracy theories about bamboo ballots brought in from Asia, what is happening there?”

Abrams said, “It’s a continuation of the big lie, but more importantly and more concerningly, it’s a continuation of the insurrection, of this attempt to disenfranchise voters and to dismiss the legitimacy of our elections. And we know that this is only part of a larger intention. Just today, there was leaked audio from Heritage action for measuring where they admitted that this is model legislation being promulgated across the country through a vast republican intention of limiting access to the right to vote because they think it’s the best way to win. And according to the leaked audio, they’ve been meeting with secretaries of state, governors, legislators, all with the intent of putting forward legislation that will restrict access to the right to vote and make it easier for Republicans to win. And we should all be concerned because our elections are not about partisanship. it should not be a question of republicans or democrats gaming the system but everyone being able to participate and make their own choices.”

Cooper said, “What’s Orwellian about this, Kevin McCarthy is saying that no one is contesting the legitimacy of the last election, which is exactly what they’re doing.”

Abrams said, “Not only is there a hypocrisy, but it’s gaslighting. They are saying aloud that there’s nothing wrong, and at the exact same time, they’re pushing forward legislation to fix something they say is broken. Either they’re lying then, or they’re lying now. And the reality is the lie that continues to weave its way through our democracy is one that turns this issue of partisanship, this naked partisan grab.”

Tasmanian Liberal Adam Brooks charged by police over firearms offences, resigns from Parliament

Controversial Liberal candidate Adam Brooks will not take his seat in the Tasmanian Parliament and has been charged by Queensland police with being in possession of a handgun, unauthorised explosives and false driver's licences.

"Last night he also informed me that yesterday he was visited by Queensland police and he has subsequently been charged with a firearms offence and also in relation to a matter relating to a document," Mr Gutwein said.

Mr Gutwein said Mr Brooks had been bailed to appear in court.

"Mr Brooks advised me that he is seeking legal advice and intends to defend himself against these new charges," Mr Gutwein said.

Mr Gutwein said due to Mr Brooks' "state of health and need to focus on his own personal circumstances, it is his intention not to take his seat in Parliament and to forward his resignation to the Governor today".

"I agree with him under these circumstances that that is the only appropriate course of action."

Mr Gutwein said Mr Brooks was entitled to the presumption of innocence.

Asked if preselecting Mr Brooks was a mistake, Mr Gutwein said he could "only take people at face value and on their word".

"In terms of the conversations that I've had with Mr Brooks, over the period leading up to him being a candidate and then throughout the campaign period, he has been emphatic in his denials of the allegations against him.

"This is new information, though. I was made aware of it last night at 7:00pm, and as I've said, he was charged yesterday.

"I made the decision that under the circumstances of both his mental health and in terms of the fact that he's now facing these new charges, that he won't take his seat in parliament."

FBI Warns of Prison Time If You Present a Fake Vaccination Card

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is warning Americans about the dangers involved in the illegal sale of fraudulent COVID-19 vaccination cards and other COVID-19 scams.

Vaccination cards are intended to provide recipients of the coronavirus vaccine with information regarding the type of vaccine they received and their dates of inoculation. The creation, purchase, or sale of vaccine cards is illegal and “endangers public safety,” the FBI says.

The unauthorized use of an official government agency’s seal on such cards is a crime that may be punishable under Title 18, United States Code, Section 1017, and other federal laws. Penalties may include hefty fines and prison time.

FBI-Chicago is also warning the public that posting photographs of legitimate vaccination cards online may leave individuals vulnerable to identity theft.

Do not post pictures of your vaccination cards online. These cards may contain your name, date of birth, insurance information, or more and may be used to steal your identity or commit fraud.

Rely on trusted sources like your doctor, the Center for Disease Control, or your local health department for information related to the coronavirus and vaccinations. Be skeptical of unsolicited offers of miracle cures or vaccination documents.

Did the DOD/OIG Get Correspondence From Congress That Initiated Their “Evaluation” on UAPs?

On May 3, 2021, a memorandum was published by the Department of Defense, Office of the Inspector General. It announced the subject evaluation of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) and the actions taken by the DOD.

Pressing for additional details on the DOD/OIG UAP “Evaluation”, which I asked about WHY and WHO requested it, came up empty. According to their statement, “The DoD OIG does not have any additional information to offer beyond what is published in our project announcement.”

However, despite the DOD/OIG denying to release additional information, some rumors went around that stemmed from anonymous sources that the DOD/OIG “evaluation” was prompted by complaints from members of the Senate Armed Services Committee on how the DOD was handling the UAP issue.

So, I went through the FOIA to see what type of correspondence came from Congress, regarding the topic, even going back to the beginning of 2017. This type of correspondence is meticulously logged and archived by every agency. So, if the anonymous sources were right, there should be something to find.
