Please please please, try for 2 weeks really simple diet like baked chicken, fish, cooked veggies and a little bit of plain rice with small amount of olive oil. Cut out all dairy, wheat especially. And try to eat < 10g of saturated fat per day.

 

Please just try it. Try it for 2 weeks and check back in. What do you have to lose?
