Amazed this Anon as well yet a little background may shed some light.
US infrastructure has been getting D ratings from the most high grand council of engineers for years, decades. So unless they have all been in on it, which is possible, this was to be expected.
The Inspectors who "missed" that shit is another matter entirely yet the rest of the data confirms what the Engineers knew = much of it is old, rotting and needs replaced faster and built back better.
Inferior steel is nothing new yet this is no attempt to take anything away from what appears to be a reality which is that China/deep state was sabotaging the US with inferior steel.
I don't think there should be a weld in that spot because its so close to the brace already?
