That is my expectation too, anon. It will also therefore be used as a further push for "get your shots" - they're also talking about reducing the time until 2nd shot - there's currently a 12 week gap between first and second shots.
I'm thinking he'll leave the May 17th easing alone, but with the privso that everyone get their shots before June 21 or else the final unlocking will be in jeopordy.
