Actually they aren't easy to debunk if they are true, i.e. based on facts / evidence / logic / statistics and if all the data is allowed to be explained. The Conspriacy theories of the Mainstream need to suppress the oxygen of truth and therefor die when placed in competition with correct theories - which are fed on the Oxygen of ALL THE FACTS.
The sophists just claim "Debunked"
It's a thought stopper for their followers who submit to the liars "intellectual authority"
Our experts say "debunked" to their theory when it's proved wrong by the data / facts / logic.
Nothing wrong with using a theory to understand a puzzle; that's how science is done. The theory is open to new evidence and if a true theory will be able to predict and be consonant will all the information.
