Filter namefags: Excludes - Anonymous, Q

At the top, click OPTIONS then FILTERS. Select NAME from the drop down. Copy the regex above and paste it in the input box. Check off REGEX then click ADD. If you want to add other exclusions, put a pipe | between the names.

Ex: Anonymous|\bQ\b|NAME|NAME2 etc
