If fraud is found in AZ that links machines to the cause, Steve Mnuchin is the legal President of the USA until the fraud can be sorted out and rightful office holder is ordered by a Court.
The constitution says Trump's term ended. If Biden is fradualently installed then he gets erased. That does not simultaneously equal Trump wins.
In this instance. If fraud happened o a federal election scale, there is no 117th Congress. That leaves the continuity of Government to follow President, VP, Speaker, Pro Temp, Sec of State, Sec of Treasury. If no117th is valid, Pompeo is next If Pompeo resigned on or before noon Jan 20th, Mnuchin is next. He didn't resign. Everythign reverts back to what is lawful come 12:01 Jan 20th 2021
