Funny thing is, everyone has seemed to have forgotten. Biden is in charge of the Executive Branch of the Federal government in Washington D.C. He has the power to order Federal employees to do his will. He doesn't have the same power over the people of the rest of the country outside of the defined border of Washington D.C. You can ignore his "dictates" and there isn't a damned thing he can legally do about it. BIDEN ISN'T KING. He is an administrator.
