Is Stefan Halper the classified informant that Devin Nunes is getting stonewalled by DOJ as a classified intelligence "source" who must be protected? And POTUS may have signed an EO to release the details to Congress on whether this guy was working for the DOJ/FBI.

Halper may have been an FBI spy to "entrap" George Papadopoulos into Russia collusion, kicking off the FBI counterintellegence investigation (i.e. the "insurance policy") and FISA abuse scandal.
