UK bread found a photograph which may have been taken the same evening as the Q pic LisaMI6.png.

Long story is in UK bread discussion. The pic was submitted (possibly by mistake) in a 24hour long annual London photography competition called "24London" that was held between 12pm 20JUN2014 and 12pm next day.

The reasons why we think the pic was taken earlier- like between St. Patrick's Day and mid-April are in current UK bread.
