I became a follower of Christ at 15 on my own coming out of Mormanism.
When I started reading the Bible, I came across the scripture where it says, no marriage in heaven.
Matthew 22:30
For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven. This scripture hit me hard. Because Mormans believe there is marriage in heaven.
So I asked why to a Morman friend. They said That's why they get Married & sealed to one another while on earth. (Some kinda messed up)
I read the new testament 13x's the first year I got saved. I found so many fallacies in Mormanism when compared to the Bible.
The only way to know a counterfeit is to study the real thing first.
Only the Lord had me learn in reverse.
