Looking at this posted photo of the Pentagon, I noticed that the 5 sections aren't equal, and that one of them is bisected. Does any Anon know which one that is? Perhaps, which portions of the military have only 1/10th compared to the other divisions having 1/5th each?

I remain skeptical. In my experience, "touch on crime" translates to politically expedient, with political opponents being oppressed. Also, "smart on crime," or for that matter, "smart" combined with any other noun, means increased surveillance. E.G. "smart meter," "smart T.V.," "smart phone" = increased surveillance.

Sorry, not true. Back in 1990 we were already having RF interference issues from people in airplanes who chose not to turn off their devices when instructed to by the flight crews.
On the ground, cellular telephone systems were receiving interference from their signals. Verified with actual work experience and real-world, calibrated test equipment.
Dogs are great.
