No. When fraud vitiates the election, the House will be empty, leaving the Senate (those not up for re-election in 20), leaving R's the Senate majority, they vote in a VP (House gets to choose Prez but they don't exist), DJT then appoints/proclaims himself Prez and chooses his VP.
