bullshit… the legal President is still Biden and there is no mechanism short of Scotus ruling on the side of the states filing suit to overturn because of fraud to make the election null and void
and then the problem is THERE IS NO REMEDY SCOTUS COULD RULE, BECAUSE THE CONSTITUTION HAS NO PROVISION FOR RECOUNTING AN ELECTION STOLEN BY FRAUD, even though Biden could be removed by impeachment
