sending letters that have to be signed for does not work the way he claims
large organizations used to just stamp them recieved with a rubber stamp
if you ever sent in your tax return the card came back with a stamp
also even if they did not do that
because of the "covid" the post office does not let the customer sign
the mailman signs it for you
each carrier is limited to 35 lbs in their walking bag but each one does not make a seperate trip from the post office to the business
they would take a truckload of mail trays to your door or mail dock
ps they aren't going to read your letter anyway
