This post caused me to member, I woke up late about 30 mins ago from a pretty vivid dream where I was playing some sort of a game or "trick" with a bird well-trained, and quite smart. I don't remember the exact mechanics of it but I was somehow blowing up a balloon while riding on a bike or in a convetable car with the top down and facing backward as it moved forward (behind me), and somehow I inverted the position of the flying bird and the balloon whereby the bird wound up inside the ballon, flying inside it it, while I continued to blow into it, inflating it, while moving down the street. Something went wrong and the balloon and bird got tangled up and it broke the bird's one leg. This bird was quite sentient and could communicate with me. It was in pain and I asked if it wanted to go to the hospital. In much pain, it nodded yes. I had a roommate in the dream who was a nurse and asked what he thought—he confirmed that they (the animal hospital) could fix him up in a jiffy. Then said, "When you're done, go to the computer desk." I was confused by this and tried to decipher what this meant. During this assessment, I realized I was dreaming, and realized the bird wasn't worth it, and decided to take a hammer to it and put it out of its misery. But, realizing it was just a dream, and the bird was not real, I did not bother, and just decided to wake up and go to my computer desk, from which I am posting this. Oddly enough, I don't think I need any help interpreting the dream.
