i hear this alot, sydney powell, etal., but can anyone chime in whether it habbens in a court of law?

me thinks it is moar of a legal philosophy and gives patriots 'hopium' with election fraud currently.

everything the cabal/ds does is based on fraud, and courts barely hold them accountable for the fraud itself, look at clinesmith, his obvious fraud was not even handled, or charged as such.

seems the cabal counter to this is plea to a mistake, not fraud and all their corruption remains to further protect them?
