Why is it “wrong” for an elderly person to leave this existence via a gun, rope or freight train, but OK for the same person to incur exorbitant amounts of money to stay alive for a few more months or years?
If any family member is 95, in a hospital being treated and doesn’t want to incur hardship and/or monetary pain on family members, why would they be persuaded to “fight like the Dickens” to stay alive? For what? For who?
