Launch was stopped,, and if it relates to facebook tech,, then that was a good thing,, so to assume good guys had a hand in that, is not far fetched.
If the cabal thought it was going to launch, and had great hope, in what it could fdo to help them( they are stupid)

Maybe it would have given them alot more control to censor people or for other reasons( 2016 election) So maybe it was essential they stopped it from launching in 2016( would have given the blackhats a great advantage over the white hats) or put things more out of their control( white hats) which they would need for the upcoming storm in in 2017/2018
