Just like the flu shots they used to give out every year. I only took it once and got sicker with the flu than I'd ever been. I started getting the flu back in 76, when spanish flu broke out. By 78 I was in the hospital for two weeks. Came out still sick with the flu, my dad was livid!!
Since then I got the flu every fucking year. Got so bad it would last for months. Started getting it multiple times a year. I finally went to an herbalist, said I was allergic to wheat & corn. Years later I went all natural and cut out all gmo products, I mean all. Including cleaning products, soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, laundry detergent, make up, hair products, everything.
Pretty much emptied out my house and started from scratch, making everything on my own from scratch. My own bread, soap, toothpaste, etc. Haven't had the flu since!
