No, it's not the "gluten" per say. People have been eating wheat for centuries. In the bible it tells us that wheat makes you stronger. The problem is the genetically modified wheat. They've modified the protein molecule in the gluten. You have to find a grain that is not genetically modified, an ancient heirloom grain that has been maintained just as God designed it. Also, the flour I use is higher in protein and lower in carbs than regular white flour.

Now when I eat the non-gmo bread that I make, I have absolutely no symptoms from it, unlike the gmo grain that I used to eat. I have no intestinal problems unless I accidentally eat something that says it's non-gmo and organic but truly isn't. So this is the new problem we have now. Since they have completely bastardized the terms non-gmo and organic, you can't trust those labels anymore. So, again, I'm back to only buying basic, 1 item ingredient products - salt, dried beans, dried chillis and seeds to make my own spices, flour (heirloom non-gmo that I can trust), baking soda to make my own baking powder, etc. I have also started growing my own non-gmo herbs (fresh herbs are very healthy).

I make my own yeast so I don't have to buy packaged yeast. All my symptoms disappeared once I went down this path.

The other problem that I've noticed happening is that a small company will start up with a non-gmo and organic product, it becomes very popular. A bigger corporation will then buy it out. All of a sudden you see the product disappear from the shelves. Then it comes back on the shelves. They don't announce anywhere on the label in big bold letters that it's new or changed somehow. But if you read the ingredients you will notice they sneaked something else in there. Then I come home and research it and sure enough a huge corporation bought out the little company and is now mass producing it, but they added gmo ingredients to it, but somehow, because they've bastardized the non-gmo and organic terms, they can still label it that way.

I stopped buying Braggs Apple Cider because I heard that Katy Perry bought them out (you know, the canabal katy perry). Luckily I do have apple and pear trees so I started making my own apple and pear cider.

I don't grow it myself, I buy it.

Please research it on your own. The problem has been that every time I post anything on the internet about a good product I use, it then disappears or is changed or something. It's happened way too many times to be mere coincidence.

The people I used to buy my wheat from have already recently made it more difficult to get so I don't want to take that chance. It's also about 3 times more expensive than the regular flour you find at any grocery store, but mostly due to shipping costs.

I can't grow wheat where I live either.

It took me about a year to convert everything into natural homemade products. I did a lot of research online re gmo's and how to avoid them, but I've lost most of my research, it's all in my head, just from years of experience now. I did start selling my soaps but had to stop for a while due to other financial issues.

Best of luck anon! I know it's not easy, they've poisoned everything around us. Hopefully, with the fall of this evil that surrounds us, we can get back to living more healthy lives!
