Covid incubates in the lungs and spreads from there. The vaccines are what is giving people COVID. The vaccinated then act is vessels for the virus to incubate and spread to others. Your body has several defense mechanism to stop all sorts of diseases but when you are given the virus directly to your bloodstream and/or deep in your tissue then it's game over.
